​Welcome to our new Pilates classes led by our experienced physiotherapists! Whether you're looking to improve flexibility, strengthen your core, or enhance overall body awareness, our tailored Pilates sessions are designed to meet your needs.​​​

To celebrate our new pilates service,
we are offering free classes during the week of July 8th.
Please note that bookings are essential.

Class details 

Instructor: Our classes are led by a certified physiotherapist with extensive experience in Pilates.


Class Size: Limited to 6 participants per class, ensuring personalised attention and guidance.


When: Tuesdays 12pm and Saturdays 9am 


Duration: Each class is approximately 45 minutes.


What to bring: exercise mat, drink bottle and a towel for when things get a little sweaty.

​​5 Class Pack: $160

10 Class Pack: $300 

Our class packs are designed to offer flexibility and affordability, allowing you to commit to your Pilates journey with ease.


You can even claim your Pilates classes on your health insurance if you have extras coverage.

Payments can be made in clinic at your first class or over the phone.

How to book

If you have not attended our clinic as a patient you will need to book an Initial Consultation for an assessment before attending Pilates classes. ​

If you have attending our clinic before: 

  1. Select the "group sessions" tab

  2. Select "All practitioners"

  3. Select your class

  4. you can book multiple classes if you want to secure your spot
